Optimization on Operation Parameters in Reinforced Metal Matrix of AA6066 Composite with HSS and Cu

چکیده
This optimization investigation focused on the reinforced metal matrix composite of aluminium alloy. Novel this work is to fabricate AA6066 with HSS and Cu, continually conduct machining tests, evaluate tool wear, surface roughness, thrust force stir-casted specimens. The has 90 percentage alloy reinforcement six high-speed steel four copper made by casting method. fabricated composites’ turning parameters were optimized through Taguchi operation can be done help normal lathe CBN insert tool. such as feed, depth cut, steam pressure cutting fluid considered three different equal intervals in each parameter. In investigation, L9 orthogonal array method used identify optimum values among concerning response wear forces created machining. outcome based was identified mentioned rank order for individual combination all responses conditions. Then, separate combined input provided conclusion.
